教育集团的发展模式及其实践探索

摘    要:
教育集团(Education Group)是20世纪中期,尤其是20世纪90年代以来,伴随着国内外一些巨型大学(Multiversity)的出现而诞生的一种教育经营开发形式。这一组织形式源于企业的集团化运作机制,既是大众化教育时代的产物,也是实现大众化教育的有效途径。结合广东白云学院的办学实践,就教育集团的产生发展、运行模式和运作机制等问题作一些探索。

Abstract:
Education Group is an education management and development form emerged in mid-20th century, especailly during the 1990's, with the birth of Mutiversities home and abroad. Deriving from modern enterprise group operation mechanism, this organization form is an effective way to education popularization as well as the product of education popularization. On the basis of the education practice of Guangdong Baiyun Instititute, the author explores some issues regarding Education Group in terms of the development, operation mode, and operation mechanism.
