新媒体时代高校工会对青年教师价值观引领的路径建构

高校青年教师是高教队伍的中流砥柱和有生力量,其价值观的变化,关系到高等教育的教学质量和大学生的成长成才.当前,信息技术的高速发展,使得互联网媒体和移动媒体等新型媒体成为青年群体联络、沟通交流和外界接触的主要形式,潜移默化影响着高校青年教师价值观的变化.本文从高校工会视野,探讨在新媒体的时代背景下,如何从青年教师的思想、工作、生活、学习等各方面助力青年教师健康成长,树立社会主义核心价值观,进一步深化高校工会服务青年教师、培育青年教师的职能.

The leading route construction by college labor union toyoung teachers` value under the background of new media

The young teachers in universities and colleges are the backbones and the main forces of the higher teaching staff.Their value changes closely relate to the quality of college education and the students` growing up.Currently,with the fast development of information technology,the internet and other new media used as the main forms by young people to keep contact with outside world exert a subtle influence on young teachers` value changes.This paper,from the view of college labor union,intends to explore how to help young college teachers to grow up healthily in various aspects such as ideology,work,life,study,etc.,and help them to establish socialist core value,as well as further deepen the college labor union`s function of serving and fostering young college teachers in the background of new media.
