| 摘 要： | 公民权利的实现既是个人利益诉求的要求,也是一个国家责任的体现;既是一个法律过程,更是政治学的范畴.从政治学视角探讨影响公民权利的实现因素,需要从法治建设、保持政治稳定、加强公民权利意识的培养、促进公民社会成长和鼓励公民政治参与等方面来维护和实现好公民的合法权利,促进人与人、人与社会之间的和谐发展.

| Abstract: | The realizing of civil rights is not only the demand of individual benefits claim,but also the expression of a country`s duty.It is more like a category of political science than a law process.From the perspective of political science,the discussion on factors impacting on the realization of civil rights needs to maintain and achieve from the aspects of law construction,keeping political stability,cultivating the consciousness of civil rights,promoting the growth of civil society,encouraging citizens to make political participation,and so on to realize the legitimate rights of good citizens and advance the harmonious development between persons. |
