The democratic centralism is the basic organization system and leading system of Communist Party of China(CPC).The regulation to internal political life of CPC by democratic centralism is the excellent tradition and political advantage of CPC.The Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has made the regulations to the internal political life of CPC from 12 aspects under the new situation and put forward some specific requirements.From the perspective of strengthening and regulating the internal political life of CPC,the democratic centralism is an institutionalized,procedural and standardized process to the internal political life of CPC,an important guarantee for the normal development of the CPC political life.The democratic centralism should be put throughout the whole process of the CPC political life.
