"一带一路"背景下跨文化人才培养研究

"一带一路"建设,要从文化交融入手,培育精通中外文化的"跨文化交际人才".鉴于"一带一路"沿线国家众多,语言和文化多样,跨文化交际面临诸多问题和困难.建议高校外语类专业统筹规划培养语言专业人才,研发语言产品;培养跨文化师资队伍和跨文化课程建设;保护好中国文化的多样性;消除跨文化交流的"三大敌人";坚持文化双向交流和文明互鉴.

The research on cultivating intercultural talents underthe background of "the Belt and Road Initiatives"

The construction of "the Belt and Road Initiatives" should start from the cultural communication to cultivate the intercultural communication talents who are proficient in Chinese and foreign cultures.In view of the great number of countries along "the Belt and Road Initiatives",intercultural communication faces many problems and difficulties because of various languages and cultures.It is suggested that linguistic talents should be cultivated;language products should be developed;intercultural teaching staff should be trained,and intercultural curriculums should be well constructed to protect the diversity of Chinese culture,eliminate the three enemies of intercultural communication,and insist two-way communication and civilization mutual inspectition.
