勤工创业助力高校大学生就业工作提升的路径分析

大学生就业一直以来是国家和社会最为关注的热点问题,随着社会的发展,市场经济的不景气以及毕业生人数的逐年增加,就业难的困境始终没能得到很好的改善.如何进一步开拓就业渠道,提升大学生就业竞争力,是所有高校面临的共同问题.勤工助学及创业实践是就业渠道的进一步扩展,它成为高校就业工作的重要组成部分,是高校发展的必然要求.本文以集美大学诚毅学院机械系勤工创业中心为例,阐述了诚毅学院机械系在就业工作方面采取的一些针对性的工作及特色做法,分析了校企合作、专业团队建设对于提高就业工作的实效性和促进作用,探讨了一条符合高校就业工作的行之有效的路径.

The analysis on promoting college students` employment path

The employment of college students has always been the most concerned issue in the country and society.With the development of society,the sluggish market economy and the increasing number of graduates,the plight of employment difficulty has not been improved.How to further explore the employment channels to enhance the competitiveness of college students employment are the problems that all colleges and universities faced.Work-study and entrepreneurship practice are the further expansion of employment channels,and have become an important part of college employment and the nevitable requirements for the development of colleges and universities.This paper takes the Mechanical Engineering Department of Chengyi University College of Jimei University as an example,elaborates some specific methods and characteristics of the employment in Chengyi University College of Jimei University,and analyzes the relationship between school-enterprise cooperation and the role of professional team building to enhance the efficiency and promotion in the employment,and explores an effective path for the employment of private collages and universities.
