| 摘 要： | 创业研究是在从宏观状态进入微观状态与战略管理研究发生关联,公司创业研究的深入促进了两个研究领域的耦合。文章在相关文献的梳理基础上,分析了战略管理与公司创业耦合研究的背景,阐述了战略管理与公司创业研究的耦合焦点,即持续创新、战略式地管理资源、企业成长与发展、战略型创业与创业战略,尝试提出了战略管理与公司创业耦合的概念性分析框架,并指出了未来的研究方向。
