| 摘 要： | 北京以其全国独一无二的强大科技资源优势,在国内新材料科技与产业的发展中占有举足轻重的重要地位。但是,北京市具有优势的新材料科技资源,一直没有得到充分的产业化。为了扭转局势,提出以下对策:尽快实现新材料产业转型升级,重点发展以研发为主导的新材料产业;发展"三高"新材料产业化基地,促进高端科研成果产业化等。

| Abstract: | With the unique and powerful advantage in science and technology resource,Beijing's advanced material industry plays an important role in China.However,the advantage in science and technology resource can not fully realize industrialization.Considering the confined situation of developing Beijing's advanced material industry,these countermeasures are put forward to accelerate its development.Firstly,the research-oriented advanced material industry should be stressed to realize its transformation and upgrade.Secondly,advanced material industrial bases should be developed to promote the industrialization of sophisticated research findings,etc. |
