| 摘 要： | 教育社会功能的实现要以其个体功能的实现为基础。社会职业存在与发展的模式基础是人与人之间基于“职业功能-需求-收益”的交易行为。教育的职业服务功能体现为对受教育者功能与需求主体特征的现实影响，以及对外职业环境发展趋势的引导。在一定时期内，教育能实现的职业服务功能是有限的，不可能单纯地通过教育改革解决所有与教育职业服务能力不足相关的问题。
