| Abstract: | The western Marxist legal theory is an accompaniment of western Marxist theory.Its views about the relationship between the law and economics,law＇s class nature,and the relationship between the law and consciousness are different from the views of Marxist Legal theory and the traditional jurisprudence in the western world.It occupies a unique place in the development of jurisprudence and Marxist Legal＇s theory. |
