| 摘 要： | 厘清经济增长要素的不同作用，对指导经济可持续发展具有重要意义。通过对经济增长各要素作用机理进行结构分析，并对其进行实证检验，可以得出禀赋资源和劳动者是经济增长的决定要素，资本则倾向于是一个生产技术管理问题，并且随着人类智慧和财富的不断丰富，资本的作用会逐渐减弱。财富持续增长的根本在于保护和充分利用资源，激励劳动者劳动付出和增加劳动者智慧。
