企业伦理与产业定位

分析了传统的产业定位理论 ,指出其对伦理要素忽视的缺陷 ,进而提出了企业伦理的概念 ,阐明了企业在进行自己的产业定位时应充分考虑企业自身的经济利益和社会责任的关系 ,着眼于企业的有序、协调、健康、持续发展 ,实现社会伦理与企业性质的统一 ,即把企业伦理纳入产业定位理论之中。最后 ,给出了企业伦理建设的一些对策。

On enterprise''''s ethics and industry''''s orientation

In this article, the author analysis the theory of industry orientation and points out the drawbacks of neglecting the ethics, furthermore, explains the relationship between micro profit and social responsibility which should be considered by enterprise in its orientation, such as the cooperative,regulative,healthy,and sustaining problems,and realizes the consolidation of the social ethic and enterprise responsibility, that is , to put enterprise ethic into industrial orientation theory. In the end, some suggestions on the construction of enterprise ethic are given.
