Abstract:After a deliberate expatiation of the essensial meaning of Cong-Lin System of Zen, this paper holds the view that Cong-Lin system bears the management characteristics of managers selecting and appointing, important business decision-making, dealing with retired managers and the like it shares the management characteristics. Thus, Cong-Lin System of Zen is a kind of intergrative effective self-management mode based on the wide spread notion of equality.
