| 摘 要： | 笔者分析了以人为本思想的渊源和以学生为本在高校学生工作中的内涵，讨论了传统管理模式中存在的问题，提出了高校学生工作坚持以学生为本的几项措施：转变观念，树立以人为本的工作价值目标观；建立健全规章制度，切实维护学生合法权益；尊重、关心、理解和信任学生；树立服务意识，创新学生服务机制；积极地开展“自我教育、自我管理、自我服务”的活动，提高学生的综合素质。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the origin of people-orientation and its connotation in work with student affairs in universities.It discusses the problems with traditional administrative work.Then five measures which emphasize student-orientation are put forward: firstly,change ideology and establish work value of people-orientation;secondly,establish and improve rules and regulations to protect students' rights;thirdly,respect,understand and trust students;fourthly,foster an awareness of serving students and innovate the service mechanism;finally,improve students' comprehensive quality. |
