| 摘 要： | 各高校的辅导员在学生的思想素质、业务素质、心理素质、身体素质、创新精神和实践能力的培养、铸造中充当着十分重要的角色。如何用科学发展观来指导工作,探索高校辅导员队伍建设新机制等问题摆在了我们的面前。因此,建设一支思想素质好,学历层次高,工作能力强的精干的辅导员队伍,合理设置学生管理工作机构,既是新时期学生工作的需要,也是培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人的需要。
