| 摘 要： | 文章探讨了当前化学工程与技术专业研究生培养在工程实践方面的不足;提出了以项目为依托、基地为平台,实行双导师,建立产学研联合培养研究生的模式;讨论了产学研联合培养模式的教学和社会效益。研究发现:产学研联合培养模式能够发挥产学研各方优势,共同受益;促进了教学改革,提高了研究生的综合素质和教师的业务水平,增强了企业的科技创新能力和可持续发展动力,推动了学生的就业,加快了应用型创新人才的培养。
