| 摘 要： | 近几年 ,随着黑龙江省农业劳动生产率的不断提高 ,农业剩余劳动力向外转移成为全省农村中十分普遍的现象。但是 ,在黑龙江省农业剩余劳动力向外转移的过程中 ,却出现了一些不尽如人意的问题。本文根据黑龙江省的实际情况 ,对黑龙江省农业剩余劳动力转移过程中存在的问题及其原因进行了深入的分析。
