| 摘 要： | 潜在产出决定经济增长的持续性,这是影响实际经济增长的关键因素,并与生产要素、产业结构紧密联系。本文研究北京市不同产业潜在经济增长特点及变动,分析各阶段的要素贡献及产业政策;并得出结论,以研发为主导的高新技术产业和技术含量较高的现代服务业是北京市未来潜在经济增长的引擎和动力。
