摘    要:传统的"填鸭式"教学模式已不能满足素质教育的要求,采用多元化的教学模式不但可以充分发挥现代教学手段的优点,而且继承了传统板书教学的长处,两者优势互补。另外,多元化的教学模式借助讨论课和网络教学平台的形式来实现师生间的互动交流;该教学模式还注重学生创新意识的培养,开设专题报告让学生了解学科的前沿理论,组建创新团队让学生直接参与科研,增强他们的创新能力。

Abstract:The traditional "spoon-feeding" teaching model has been unable to meet the requirements of quality-oriented education. The use of diversified teaching mode can not only give full play to the advantages of modern teaching methods, but also succeed to the traditional strengths of teaching writings on the blackboard, with the two complementing each other. In addition, with seminar classes and network-education platforms, the diversified teaching mode implement the interaction between teach- ers and students; this model also attaches great importance to the cultivation of students in the sense of innovation, and the setting-up of reports on special topics enables students to understand the updated theories in the field, and the construction of innovative team directly involves students in scientific researches, thus enhancing their innovation capabilities.
