| 摘 要： | 青少年时期是形成健全人格的关键时期。好读书、读好书,是形成良好人格素质的指向灯;自我教育,是形成良好人格素质的决定因素;耐性教育是形成良好人格素质的重要保障。对青少年良好人格素质的培养,既是青少年心理健康发展的需要,也适应社会发展与现代化发展的需求。
