| 摘 要： | 随着时代的变迁和社会的发展,政府单一型的公共服务供给模式面临着巨大挑战,亟待创新。善治理论则为公共服务供给模式创新提供了理论资源和思想武器。遵循善治理念,应从扩大供给主体、优化供给结构、丰富供给方式、培育供给文化等方面开辟改革的新路径,从而走向一种社会合作型的公共服务供给模式。

| Abstract: | With the development of the society,the single social services provided by the government confronted great challenges and desperately need innovation.Theory of Good Governance supply social services with new theoretical resources.To follow Theory of Good Governance,we should found new way to enlarge supply subject,optimize supply structure,enrich supply modes and cultivate supply culture to build social cooperative services. |
