| 摘 要： | 在法学教育中运用案例教学法的根本目的在于 ,引导学生在“学会学习”的过程中培养创新能力。必须根据中国的国情 ,以案例讨论、庭审观摩、案例辩论 ,模拟审判等多种形式对案例教学法进行全方位的探索。教学中使用的案例应当是精选的范例 ,展示案例事实要善于使用多种手段 ,测量教学效果必须要有科学的立足点
