| 摘 要： | 在法学教育中运用案例教学法的根本目的在于 ,引导学生在“学会学习”的过程中培养创新能力。必须根据中国的国情 ,以案例讨论、庭审观摩、案例辩论 ,模拟审判等多种形式对案例教学法进行全方位的探索。教学中使用的案例应当是精选的范例 ,展示案例事实要善于使用多种手段 ,测量教学效果必须要有科学的立足点

| Abstract: | The purpose of applying case methodology in law education is to foster the students' originality in the course of guiding them how to study.This paper,taking into ac- count the actual situation in China,touches upon the use of case discussion,court hearing observation,case debate,mimic trial to explore case methodology.Cases chosen in teaching should be cited outcarefully.Stating the factsof a case should involvemultiple means.Mea- suring teaching quality mustbe based on scientific ground. |
