摘    要:对企业文化建设,既要重视,又要有科学的方法.绍兴餐饮业作了有益尝试,他们在打造诚信、人本、品牌、创新四大经营理念时,从剖析餐饮业及各企业特有的经营关系,运用两点论,把四大经营理念分别应用到对立统一的各种层面中,取得双赢效果,推动了经营矛盾的解决,拓展了四大经营理念的应用空间.文章在调查了绍兴十家中型宾馆、饭店基础上,对此进行梳理.

Abstract:Shaoxing's food and drink industry has made a collective attempt to build up an image for the industry.More attention is paid on integrity,humanity,brand,and innovation.A dichotomous approach to the attempt put the service and management of the industry in perspective.A study of four hotels or restaurants in Shaoxing indicated that the attempt benefited the business in two ways,viz.,in terms of money,and in terms of fame.
