| 摘 要： | 西方教育管理"理论运动"是在20世纪中期,以逻辑实证主义为哲学基础而兴起的.它主张事实与价值分离,推崇假设一演绎系统.这场运动在教育管理科学形成中所做的贡献,推动了教育管理理论的发展,推动了教育管理研究实践的进程.其局限性在于忽略了外部环境对学校的影响,特别是主张事实与价值分离而忽视价值的作用.
