| 摘 要： | 项目融资是国际投资方式多元化的一种日趋成熟的手段，对于发展中国家基础设施建设等方面发挥了举足轻重的作用。本文探讨了我国项目融资环境影响评价制度的产生和发展，分析了我国项目融资环境影响评价制度存在的问题，提出了完善我国项目融资环境影响评价法律制度的设想。

| Abstract: | Project financing is an increasingly mature way of multiple styles of international investment,which plays an important part in the aspect of infrastructure construction in developing countries.This article inquires the emergence and development of environmental evaluation law system,analyses the problems of environmental evaluation law system in our country,and puts forwards suggestions of the perfection of the environmental evaluation law system in our country. |
