管理层特征与企业成长关系的实证分析--基于房地产上市公司的经验分析

文章以2011—2014年我国房地产上市公司为样本，实证研究了管理层特征和企业成长性的关系，并基于高成长企业与低成长企业样本的数据进行了对比分析。研究发现：两职合一、独立董事持股比重与房地产企业成长性显著正向相关；董事会规模、管理层薪酬和企业成长性成同比例关系，但不显著；房地产企业成长性与独立董事的比重有显著的反向关系。

Empirical Analysis on the Relationship between Management Features and Enterprise Growth:Empirical Analysis Based on Listed Real Estate Corporation

Taking the listed real estate companies from 201 1 to 2014 as samples,this paper empirically studies the re-lationship between the management characteristics and enterprise's growth,and carries out a comparative analysis based on the sample data between high-growth companies and low growth enterprise.It turns out that the two level is the positive correlation between the proportion of independent directors and the growth of the enterprise,the board size,management compensation and corporate growth are not significantly positive correlation;the proportion of inde-pendent directors and corporate growth is negative correlation.
