当代中国正在经历一场急剧深刻的社会转型，人造风险放大、复合风险交织、全球风险传递昭示着我国正在迈入全球风险社会中。同时，制度性风险增多、“有组织不负责任”显现和成熟风险文化的缺失成为必须直面的现实困境。“命运共同体”倡导寻求人类共同价值，其囊括共同利益观、可持续发展观和多元治理观，为我国风险治理注入新的价值视角和丰富内涵。

From Risky Society to Community of Common Destiny

Contemporary China is experiencing sharp and profound social changes of social transformation.Amplifica-tion of artificial risk,intertexture of complex risk and delivery of global risk indicate that our country is entering the global risk society.At the same time,there is a growing number of institutional risks,a lack of organizational respon-sibility and culture of risk has become a real dilemma for the Chinese people.However,the risk is not only an oppor-tunity but also a challenge to mankind.The"Community of Common Destiny",including the common interest,and sustainable development and multi-variant governance concept,which is of great value for our risk management.
