新生代农民工市民化面临的困境与出路--基于新型城镇化的思考

新生代农民工能否顺利融入城市，直接影响新型城镇化进程。由于新生代农民工权利资本缺失、物质资本匮乏、人力资本不足、社会资本欠缺等因素，使得其市民化受阻。为了使新生代农民工顺利融入城市，真正成为城市市民，必须从户籍制度、基本公共服务制度、农村土地制度、收入分配制度、教育培训体制等方面，破解其市民化面临的困境，进而为其市民化营造制度环境，提供经济支撑、持久动力、外部条件和组织保障。

Difficulties and Out-ways for the New Migrant Workers in the Process of Citizenization:From New Urbanization Perspective

Whether the large number of new migrant workers with special identity can be citizens or not directly affects the construction of harmonious society.The lack of right capitals,material capitals,labor capitals and social capitals all block their ways to become real citizens.In order to make them new citizens,it is necessary to solve the problems of the new migrant workers from the household registration system,the basic public service system,the rural land system,the income distribution system and the educational training system,and to create the system environment and provide financial supports,lasting motivations,external conditions and system securities.
