顾客体验影响因素及其作用机制的实证研究——以电影放映业为例

摘    要:以电影放映业为例,对顾客体验的影响因素及其作用机制进行了实证研究.实证研究发现:促销/展示效果、服务功能质量、预期影片质量、便利性、合理价格是影响顾客体验的五个主要维度因素.其中,促销/展示效果、便利性、合理价格直接地正向影响顾客体验,服务功能质量通过促销/展示效果间接地正向影响顾客体验,预期影片质量通过促销/展示效果间接地负向影响顾客体验.
