| 摘 要： | 近年来．我国的农林科研取得了一定的成绩，这在科研项目、经费、发表论文等方面有所体现。但也存在一些问题．如研究人员数量减少、研究结构比例失调、研究进程虎头蛇尾、成果推广效益低下。为解决这些问题，作者提出了四点建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years some achievements have been made in our agricultural scientific research,which can be seen in such many respects as scientific research project,funds and paper issue.However,some questions still exist,such as reducing scientific research staff,dislocation of research structure,a fine start and a poor finish in research process and slow spread of scientific achievements.The paper brings forward suggestions so as to solve these popular questions. |
