| 摘 要： | 清洁发展机制(CDM)是<京都议定书>框架下发达国家与发展中国家就环境与能源保护进行合作的重要机制,也是唯一与发展中国家有关的机制.由于<京都议定书>内容的不确定性以及CDM规则的含糊性,导致参与CDM项目的投资者与项目业主都面临各种各样的风险.投资者的风险主要来自于发展中国家的政治风险以及CDM规则隐含的投资风险;项目业主的风险则主要是对市场缺乏清晰的了解与判断.文章就CDM参与方的各自风险进行探讨并尝试提出解决的办法.
