进城农民的消极社会心理对犯罪的影响及对策

当前对我国城市治安影响最大的是流动人口犯罪 ,而流动人口犯罪问题根本上是进城农民犯罪问题。本文分析了在落后、封闭的农村环境下 ,农民所具有的特殊社会心理特征 ;分析了进城农民固有的心理因素 ,以及在城市环境中引起的心理变化与犯罪的关系 ;并据此提出了优化农民社会心理环境 ,控制进城农民犯罪的措施。

Influence of the Peasants' Negative Social Psychology on Crime after They Coming into the Cities and Its Countermeasures

At present, the floating population crime has influenced largely our countrys city public order, the peasants crime af ter they coming into the cities should be the essential problem in it. This pape r first analyzes the peasants special social psychological characteristics und e r the backward and closed rural environment, then discusses their intrinsic psy chological factors as well as the relationship between their psychological chang es under the city environment and the crime, and finally presents the measures o f optimizing the peasants social psychological environment and controling thei r crime.
