世界经济全球化与消费行为理性化,引发人们日益关注经营活动与科技活动是否合乎伦理。公司的经营伦理影响着科技活动的投入和产出,成为科技人员遵守伦理规范的外在动力;科技伦理为合乎伦理的经营活动提供保证,并改变着经营活动的总体走向。就实现经营伦理与科技伦理的互动而言,科技人员是关键。科技人员应该积极投入企业的研究开发活动,并在其中遵守一定的伦理规范,承担一定的伦理责任。

Interaction Between Business Operation Ethics and R&D Ethics

The problem whether the business operation activities and research and development (R&D) are ethical has been concerned by many people along with the economic globalization and rationalization of consumer behavior. Corporations' business operation ethics have influences on R&D input and output, which becomes an external power to drive R&D staff to obey ethical norms. On the other hand, the R&D ethics will ensure the ethical business operation activities and even turn wholly the trend of business operation to advantage. The R&D staff will play a more important role in the process of interaction between R&D ethics and business operation ethics. So, they should do their best to improve R&D of their companies in association with obeying certain ethical norms and taking ethical responsibilities to a certain extent.
