用人口质量指数分析人口质量的缺陷

生命质量指数(简称PQL),也称人口质量指数,是从健康和文化两方面反映人口质量的综合指数。人口质量是人认识世界的能力和条件,它由身体素质,科学文化素质和思想道德素质所构成。用PQLI指数分析人口质量时存在着一定的缺陷,即PQLI指数只计算了人口质量构成的三个指标,其计算结果不能反映人口质量的真实状态,而且计算权重不科学,发达国家和发展中国家的适用程度不同等。改进这些缺陷的措施是建立合理的指标体系和可靠的计算权重。

A Discussoin on the Defect of Analyzing the Quality of People Using PQLI

The physical quality of life index is abbreviated as PQLI,and also called population performance figures.The life index reflects the quality of the people from two respects of health and culture.The quality of people is a kind of ability and condition that people realize the world,it is formed by physical,scientific and cultural qualities and ideological and ethical standards.Certain defect exists while analyzing the quality of people with PQLI index,for example: the PQLI index has only calculated three indexes,the result of calculation can't reflect the true state of the quality of people,and the calculation weight is not scientific;there is a difference in using degree of developed countries and developing countries,etc.The possible measure to improve these defects is establishing the system of rational index and reliable calculation weight.
