农村思想政治工作作为党的思想政治工作的重要组成部分，是贯彻落实党的十七届三中全会精神，推进当前和今后一个时期农村改革发展的总体思路，推动社会主义新农村建设的基础工程。通过对新形势下新农村思想工作面临的新情况进行分析研究，探讨新形势下农村思想政治工作的发展之路，促进农村工作全面发展。

On the Ideological and Political Construction of New Countryside under the New Situation

As an important part of the Party's ideological and political work, the ideological and political work in countryside is a general idea to promote overall rural reform and development during the current and future periods according to the Party's Third Plenary Session of 17, and a foundation engineering to promote a new socialist countryside construction.In order to promote the comprehensive development of rural work, we explored the developing roads of the ideological and political work in countryside under the new situation through studying the facing status quo, causes and countermeasures of it.
