| 摘 要： | 西双版纳地区的傣族是全民信仰小乘佛教的民族，虽然历史上的傣族封建统治并未实行政教合一，但佛教深入到傣族社会的各个方面，对傣族社会的法律制度也产生了深刻的影响，可以从佛教与领主制政权的关系、封建法律对佛教的特别保护、佛教戒律对人们行为所起的规范作用、佛教与诉讼审判制度，以及佛教与处罚手段等方面感受到这种巨大的影响。

| Abstract: | Dai People in Xishuangbanna Region all believe in Hinayana. Although the Dai's feudal rule in the history wasn't a combination of politics and religion, the Hinayana did have a deep influence on Dai society, including its legal system. The influence can be found in the special protection provided by the feudal law to Buddhism, in the standardizing role of Buddhist discipline in the people's behavior, and in the relations between Buddhism and the regime of feudal lord system, Buddhism and the system of lawsuit and judgement, and Buddhism and the means of punishments. |
