| 摘 要： | 师资队伍建设规划对于支撑和实施学校十二五发展战略具有重要意义,要从宏观、中观、微观三个层面构建十二五师资队伍建设规划的基础;把提升师资队伍实践能力与创新能力作为核心,把实施双百工程和建设双能型队伍作为关键,把争取和开发各级各类人才项目作为平台;通过开展人才战略研究,研究成果转化,完善体制机制,保障十二五师资队伍建设规划的实施。
