地方院校师范生就业意识调查与分析

我国高校扩招,大学生规模随之增长,可谓直线上升。然而,大学毕业生就业难、所学非所用、培养方向与学生就业意识以及劳动力市场需求等脱节等现象不断凸显,酿成社会性问题,亟待解决。解决问题首先要了解其问题的原因,以便对症下药。基于此,课题组首先就大学生就业意识作为切入点,重点对师范生进行了调查。结果显示,培养方向与大学生未来的就业选择存在一定差距,特别在一些学科专业中反应得尤为突出。同时,也有部分学科专业的师范方向与学生就业意识相吻合,保持了较高的相关性。因此,不同学科专业的培养方向应根据学生的就业意识、价值取向和劳动力市场需求量等因素进行适当调整,以利于学生就业,适应社会需要。

Report and Analysis on Awareness of Employment of Local College Students Majoring in Teaching

With the rapid increase of numbers of college students,their employment after graduation is becoming a more and more serious problem for society in China.Therefore a questionnaire on awareness of employment of local college students majored in teaching has been completed.The results show that there is a correlation between the orientation of students＇training and their choices of employment.However there is a difference between students＇majors and their choices of employment in some disciplines.Thus orientation of training in local colleges should be adjusted to students＇awareness,values and needs of labors.
