《文献检索》与知识产权教育

Lectures on Information Retrieval and the Education of Intellectual Property

The protection of intellectual property has made great progress in China, but there are still many problems. The solution to the problems is to give the education of intellectual property to the undergraduate. At present,it is effective to provide the education of intellectual property through lectures on information retrieval. The lectures focus on author right,patent right,trademark right and prevention of unfair competition. The education of intellectual property can be guaranteed if we are ready to accept new ideas, improve teachers' quality and teaching methods.
