Ensuring of the Educational Equality of the Disadvantaged People in the International Field and its Enlightenment

The principle of equality in education has always been one of the focuses of the worldwide educational circles,and in researches,how to ensure the educational chances of the disadvantaged people has been especially spotlighted.Upon the entry of the new century,educational personnel in our country have also researched and practiced in a broad range.Nowadays,the insistence on equality principle and the promotion of balance of the educational development has become important policies and objects of our education.The ensuring of educational chances of the disadvantaged people is a complicated problem both in research and practice.Through the analysis of the measures taken in USA,Japan,and Korea concerning the solution of the problem,we could get much reference for our own use.
