| 摘 要： | 影响教师职业倦怠的因素主要可以归纳为情境因素和人格因素。以往的研究都侧重于对情境因素与人格因素的分别考察，而对二者之间的关系研究较少，而这正是今后教师职业倦怠研究的一个重要方向。
