我国国防费最优结构的确定——对军兵种间分配比例的实证研究

国防费支出在军兵种间的分配结构,直接影响到军队整体战斗力水平的提高,也关系着陆军、海军、空军和二炮部队的协调发展,具有研究的重要理论及现实意义。目前国防经济学界对这个问题已有大量文献进行定性研究,但是定量研究还比较少。文章尝试从定性和定量相结合的角度对国防费在军兵种间分配结构进行研究,首先结合我军现实状况,进行历史的纵向分析和国际的横向比较;然后综合各位专家意见,利用层次分析法计算得出这一指标的理论结构;最后指出了本文研究的局限性和改进方向。
