浅谈教师的情绪修养

摘    要:情绪在人格系统中起主要的动机作用 ,教师的情绪修养更加重要 ,它是提高教师健康心理水平、培养学生健康情绪的需要 ,也是改善和调节学生认知能力和认知过程的需要。教师究竟如何进行情绪修养 ,首先必须树立为人民教育事业奋斗终身的崇高理想 ;其次是加强学习 ,提高理论修养水平 ,注重陶冶情操 ,学会控制自己的情绪。情绪既有“先天”也有“习得” ,教师应特别重视“习得”。

Abstract:As an important aspect of personality, emotion, either born in humanity or acquired, functions as a main motive or action, which makes it necessary to fo some scientific research into teachers' self-cultivation of emotion. It is of much significance to strengthen the teachers'self-cultivation. As a teacher, he should use many methods to heighten his self-cultivation, such as fostering a lofty ideal of selfless devotion to the people's educational understandings.
