机械故障特征提取分析及其维修决策

摘    要:对重型车辆机械故障特点及共同特征进行了剖析和概括,介绍了目前常用于故障信号检测的方法,对故障识别方法进行了探讨。为了预估重型车辆的剩余寿命和故障发生的时间、部位及严重程度,利用灰色预测方法对重型车辆运行状况进行预测,为维修决策提供依据。

Abstract:Heavy vehicle faults and their common characteristics are outlined.Common fault signal detecting methods are presented,and fault identifying methods are discussed in this paper.Grey prediction method is used to predict the remaining life,fault occurrence time,fault position and fault severity of heavy vehicle.It provides a basis for maintenance decision.
