| Abstract: | The problem of difficulty in employing peasant workers shows that economy in the coastal developed areas of China has had the better ability to employ the labor forces.On the other hand,it indicates that there is a contradiction between the supply of labor forces and the requirement.The authors have given their views on the effect,problem and countermeasures of the problem of difficulty in employing peasant workers. |
