| 摘 要： | 人口转变完成的标准应该是死亡率上升时所出现的拐点。中国人口死亡率至今仍未因生育率的下降而出现反弹，拐点还未出现，据此断定中国人口转变至今尚未完成。

| Abstract: | The criterion of the complete population transition should be the turning point in the course of mortality ascendant . In China the morality ascendant hasn＇t started in spite of the decline in the fertility , not to say the turning point. So we can confirm that in our country population transition hasn＇t been completed yet. |
