| 摘 要： | 国际干预的扩张是近年来国际关系领域的一种重要现象,从国际法的角度来看,以"人权高于主权"为旗号的"新干涉主义"和以"反恐"为名所进行的国际干预行动,都是缺乏国际合法性基础的国际非法行为。

| Abstract: | The expansion of international intervention is an important phenomenon in the world in recent years.By international law,the paper takes the cases of the international intervention acted with the New Interventionism flaunting the banner of human rights prior to sovereignty and in the name of antiterrorism,demonstrates that,these international interventions are illegal acts with the lack of international legality bases. |
