| 摘 要： | 剑河县在新世纪之初还是一个"三农县",农业的主要劳动方式还停留在"犁耕"阶段,并显示出很多"后发劣势"。在此基础上,提出新世纪前20年"三农县"小康社会建设的基本模式———从社会主义"农业文明"向社会主义工业文明转变,并兼容某些领域的跨越式发展。而这种历史性的转变和跨越式发展的起点,可设定为建设适应"三农"发展需要的农村学习型社会。

| Abstract: | At the turn of the century, Jianhe county, whose main labor means was using plough, was still a "San-nong County", displaying much inferior strength. The author puts forward the basic mode in the well-off society construction in "San-nong County"----transfer from socialism agricultural civilization to socialism industrial civilization with the combination of great-leap-forward development in some fields. This historical transfer and development can be defined as the construction of learning society adapted to the development of "San-nong County". |
