大学生入党动机功利化问题的社会学分析

目前许多大学生抱着功利化的入党动机，必将造成他们入党后的种种失范行为，起不到一个党员的社会榜样作用，从而对社会的良性发展造成负面影响。在大学生入党动机功利化现象的背后更多地隐藏着诸多的社会原因，它是各方面因素聚合作用的结果。笔者通过对南京某高校的调查，从社会学的角度对大学生入党动机功利化问题进行初步研究，对其结果特别是原因进行深入分析，并提出相应的建议。
